We have lived here almost 2 years and have not had any issues with management nor bugs in the property. The only concern was when our AC stopped working a couple of times during summertime due to kids playing on the AC units, but after placing and urgent maintenance request, the problem was promptly solved even after office hours. I do want to give a shoutout to Gina as I have mainly spoken with her in several occasions in regards to a different matter and she has been very friendly and helpful, I really appreciate her as part of the office team.

Carriage Club Apartments has really dropped the ball lately. My building is having a problem with 1). HUGE roaches! 2). While they offer a gas grill on the pool deck for residents, it’s apparently widely known that it has no propane. The grill surface area is in poor condition!! 3). At the end of Fernwood Street, there is a large dumping ground with a lot of loose trash, sofas, chairs, tables, mattresses, etc. Addressing this problem as it occurs on a regular basis, simply doesn’t get done. 4). Behind my unit, there is a very large rotten wood enclosure, that had already fallen apart, when I moved in last fall. Even though I reported it right from the start, 7 months have passed and nothing has been done. 5). I have been waiting on a replacement patio screen door for several weeks. No one cares. 6). Lastly, the pool is great for laying out but it is EXTREMELY small and very shallow!! There are SO MANY children continuously running on all over the concrete, in order to achieve the biggest jumps possible. I get it. I loved the pool as a kid but this happens to be an EXTREMELY small and shallow pool. 6+). I have come to learn that many of the children at the pool (some as young as 7)

What a dump!!! My partner and I unfortunately lived in this place for around 3 years. Management has changed hands more in 3 years than I’ve ever experienced. Rent is ridiculously high for what you get. What is is you get?? Well if living in roach infested apartments is up your alley then this is the place for you! Trash is piled everywhere and not taken care of in a timely manner. The pool was never open and if it was it was dirty and way too small for an apartment complex of that size. The gym was the nicest looking amenity. I guess they gotta keep up appearances in the leasing office. However you can only use it during office hours. Parking is a joke! Sometimes I’d have to park clear across the complex and walk home at night. There were numerous floods in our unit. Numerous times our hot water would go out with no rush to fix it during weekends or after hours. Worst of all the hot water tank they kept putting a bandaid on was the hot water supply for 4 buildings! A few times days went by! Not to mention no emergency maintenance number to call. Just a number that takes you a voicemail. Either way even if you put in a maintenance request it could take months!! months to come “fix”

Worst apartment ever. Leasing staff acts like they are helpful until they get you in and then they ignore all issues. Apartment looks nothing like the ones they put online. Roaches are definitely a problem and I see why because hallways and apartments are kept dirty. Save yourself the trouble.
